Deleting the naughty...with the best bouillon ever

I cannot say enough about Rapunzel Vegan Vegetable Sea Salt & Herb Bouillon.

I use this in every soup, stew, broth, savory dish I make. It is almost becoming a staple.

Rapunzel out of Switzerland, has been producing organic products since 1974. They have an amazing company philosophy and are committed to changing the way food is made. Their website, linked above shares their whole mission, business practice and the projects they are involved in.

The ingredients listed: sea salt, organic non-hydrogenated palm oil, yeast extract, organic basil, parsley, garlic, turmeric, lovage, celery and dill.

The sea salt itself is sun-dried from the French Atlantic Coast. They also offer a regular bouillon with sea slat, and one with no salt added.

The flavor is just right, adding a little more depth without having to guess. In addition, I add bay leaf to all broths too. It comes in a box of 8 cubes, in which you add one cube to 2 cups boiling water.

A couple of recipes I will be adding down the road, my homemade chicken soup, and homemade vegetable soup, use this ingredient.

Give it a try, it really is delicious!
